Benjamin Pasternak
Ben Pasternak is widely regarded as an innovator in the food industry. A driver of culinary development and production solutions, Ben has founded two companies which have partnered with large-scale producers including General Mills, Tyson, Perdue and Rich Products among others.
In 2011 his work with DuPont Teijin Films was garnered the 2011 IFT Food Expo Innovation Award for their Mylar® Cook Ovenable Pouch, which offered an innovative "no touch" cooking solutions for frozen or refrigerated proteins.
Since that time Ben has gone on to lead the commercialization on new products internationally in Europe, South America, Europe Asia and Australia. Ben also leads extensive training sessions worldwide for Multivac in partnership with Jean Marc Tachet and Bernard Leveau. He continues to be a leader in Global innovation working with some of the largest, most impactful, manufacturers in the world.
